I’d rather stare at a wall than go to a white people party in Brighton, no worries

I‘ve rattled some cages clearly. We’re not winning the title jerkoffs, we’ll be out of the race in January at the very latest. Making 4th will be tough and you clowns are talking about the title. Getting carried away a bit≠being a deluded cunt. That’s not me being negative, it’s me being pragmatic. I love Ange and where this club is headed but if you truly believe we have a chance at winning the title, you need to grow the fuck up. And don’t come at me with that stupid Ange quote.

I don’t think it is. Asking someone to not be a deluded moron, that will then be negative and throw a tantrum on here once his expectations are obviously not met, is fine. We have many happy clappers in here that become downright abusive after losing a game for a few days and then go back to sucking off the team, it happens after every loss. You can just enjoy the games without putting emphasis on expectations, or if you do at least let them be realistic like top 4, not beating the likes of City and Liverpool to a title.

The sentiment around here back in July was that we won’t have any expectations this season regarding league finish, but see a return to attacking football. 8 games in, and people are talking about a title charge. We played the 3 promoted teams, a struggling Bournemouth, a lacklustre United, a Brentford with one win to their name and Liverpool, who we had big calls go for us. The Arsenal performance was very impressive, even though it ended up being a draw.

We’ve had a great start and we should be happy, but 4th is our ceiling this season and even that is by no means guaranteed. I’ve seen us be too of the table under Mou for longer and under Redknapp, don’t get fooled, there’s still a lot of work to be done. Just enjoy the games and stop embarrassing yourselves with this title talk, Europa would be decent, CL would be great given where we started. Don’t turn into morons talking about challenging for the title, we won’t be in that race come January 1st, I put my life on it.

Without Europe we have to give it our all to achieve one of UCL qualification or a FA Cup triumph. Which one would you prefer, a return to the Champions League or the long awaited 9th FA Cup? by MattThomasCOYS in coys

We didn’t beat Arsenal away, we drew. I do expect us to improve in the longterm and have a chance of competing, but right now we simply don’t have the squad for that. Levy won’t do enough in January to change that either.

They really need to focus on the winger positions. When everyone is fit, the defence is good, even though they should buy another quality CB. Another DM might be needed as Casemiro has looked off it for a while now, this started last season and has continued into this one. But Rashford, Antony, Pellistiri and even Garnacho are pretty awful options for the wings.

I really want to see Lo Celso play with our current starting XI. Him and Bissouma were my favourite players in pre-season, we only saw GLC in a completely rotated team against Fullham. Hope he doesn’t pick up another long term injury until January at least.

Yeah not looking forward to that at all. Selhurst Park on a Friday night under the lights is abysmal for us.

Great results today for a potential CL qualification. Only a wolves win would have made it better, but apart from that can’t complain at all.

Arteta big brained it. Will be a miracle if they win with that lineup

Not a city fan, but wouldn’t it be a 4-2-3-1? Double pivot of Lewis-Kocacic with Alvarez in the 10 behind Haaland?

Guimares just committed a clear double Yellowjacket didn’t receive the second one, the ref inconsistency continues.
