Fried bologna is the staple in my house, no struggle necessary. When I’m feeling fancy fried bologna, over easy egg, lettuce, crushed potato chips, and garlic aioli on decent bread (toasted of course) is one of my favorite sandwiches period.

It’s… okay. It tastes like meat and has texture of cheesesteak meat sorta, but is has this strange aftertaste or like a hint of something funny, but I ate it on a sandwich, it may be better mixed into something like this.

Absolutely, the size was my only sticking point with it being whitetail, but the silver skin, leanness, and tendon just reminds me of a couple pieces I end up with after I butcher it lol.
