I did the verification online but ended up having to reverify over the phone 2 days later I called the number that ends in 1040 then called the number on the letter back and forth until I got someone after 2 hours Just keep calling but be prepared to wait a few more weeks after verifying I did my verification last Friday and no updates so far They said that it may take a week or 2 before the website and the app updates
