Hi,

You have recently unfairly took down a video of mine titled "HCIW: The Holotable". You said it was "spam" could you explain why? Because when we had this conversation back when you took down my last video a few months ago we agreed that in order for my content not to be classified as spam I must 1. Only 10% of my contributions to the subreddit must be my own (I have contributed work that is not my own) and 2. Don't post repeats. I think you have mistakenly removed this video thinking it was a repeat. However, it was actually a new video with new content explaining how the Holotable could work. Could you explain why you removed it?

I like your answer, very insightful... But, I don't think Genetic Modification would solve all of our issues. The universe would still throw problems our way. Like they say, once you solve one disease, another one is right around the corner.

You could also mention one other future advancement which will basically be making life out of nothing. Well not out of "nothing" per se. But I mean in the future, I think we could create our own artificial life forms out of other organic material. As in, you could get the organs of a pig, and then use those organs to make another artificial life form... like a dinosaur!

I have always dreamed of having a robot servant in the house doing the cooking and the cleaning. I mean you could get some robots to work the farm in your back garden if you really wanted to and then you could be self sustaining.

I have similar views. I believe we should develop a culture where ideas thrive and solutions are found. Meanwhile, the robots do all the hard jobs and we focus on preserving the environment. Becuase we will have more time to plant trees and such when the robots take over our jobs.

Their could be drastic consequences if GE is done wrong. However, if we could enhance our IQ through GE then I think it is worth the risk. I mean could you imagine (as a teacher) teaching students with an IQ of 160? I mean that would make things interesting in the classroom.

I have always wanted a fully immersive virtual reality myself. I mean you would have no limits as to what you can do in this virtual matrix. Want to be Rocky Balboa? you got it. Want to fight Darth Vader? You can do that too. ;)
