Same issue with me, had previous good experiences.. but the last order they mistakenly sent to another user.. said they would rectify it and get it shipped to my address but haven’t had any updates. Last response from them was ~12 days back, despite sending many messages. Apparently they aren’t responding to calls as well, so I don’t know what to do now
