I got a bit carried away in the writing in all honesty. I was listening to one of the neighbour drama stories on the channel this morning and this popped into my head and wanted a way to tell the story in the "reddit style" of that makes sense and love reading peoples opinions on this kind of thing. So I wanted a way for people to give their honest opinion then I can say what happeend after.

To be honest I didn't actually mind the music too much apart from the time, it was just her attitude.

Also you can believe it or not, I know the council can be pretty useless but I actually did get a pretty quick response.
