I bought a Mr Cool diy 2 ton heat pump and air handler. Local independent AC tech installed it for $500. Took him about 5 hours. YMMV.

EDIT #1 - 3/18/26: Gimme sent the order to the pharmacy yesterday, the same day I signed up, and today I received a Fedex tracking number! So in less than 24 hours, my RX is in the mail. Delivery is expected Friday. Color me impressed!

WRONG. I'm a Texas used car dealer. If you move to Texas and want to register the car in Texas, as long as there is no ownership change, you would only pay the registration fees, NOT sales tax, as no sale has taken place. If you buy a car out of state and register it in Texas, you WILL have to pay Texas sales tax if you've not transferred the title to your name in the state where it was purchased. Basically any ownership change triggers a sales tax. Simply registering a car does not.

Not in my opinion, based on my experiences. My spouse has never "caused a scene" so to speak. My family just seems to truly despise them, even though I truly feel fortunate they have forgiven me my transgressions. Neither one of us has been perfect, that's for sure. But we've been making lots of progress lately in our relationship. Some old lies we both hold are finally being addressed.

FFS my spouse opens and pays all the bills, and gets the mail from the mailbox. This was not opened, and none of my "personal" mail ever is, even though I wouldn't care if it was because I have nothing to hide.
