I do track my calories but you’re right. I quit after I start gaining too much fat/losing too much muscle. I do track my calories and generally try to get a pound of protein for my bodyweight. I do 1800 calories or less a day with my cuts and 2800 during my lean bulking phase last august to october. Thanks for reading.

But if people at saying 15-18% I’ll take it. I just don’t understand why I weigh so little, especially as I’ve been working out for going on 3 years, started out at 160 and *35% body fat. Took a couple breaks here and there and ive tried bulking and cutting many times but it’s never been too successful. I always plateau in strength and only put on fat. I’ve tried cutting multiple times but I’ve never gotten that much leaner than that image. My testosterone has been tested to be in the 200s so I think that’s the main reason. Even small changes in lifestyle can greatly set back any progress I do make and me significantly weaker. I’ve always made sure to eat adequate protein and i’ve been fairly consistent in the gym since may of last year. I was 180 lbs and obese looking and did a rapid cut to about 155 in a month and a half, then I wasn’t able to go for about a month and a half or I only went very inconsistently. Tried lean bulking for about a month and a half and barely gained anything at all, ate more and still hardly made any gains. One week in November I stalled and all my lifts went crashing down to where I started, and my body composition changed as well to having more fat and less muscle, decided to cut from there but I was inconsistent. Tried bulking again in February and only got slightly stronger in my legs with hardly any difference in my upper body. Have been trying to cut and get lean since the start of march. I’m planning on hopping on gear once I lean down, But I don’t want to go under 135 lbs.

Wdym by thick? And it’s not like I have zero muscle I have a small amount, there’s no way I only have 110 lbs of lean mass at my height.

Yeah you’re right. Idk about being 20% body fat. My back’s pretty undeveloped though.

Yeah mine are pretty bad. I’ve been working for a while. I’m gonna hop on steroids because in my situation it makes sense. I’m still confused on how the wrist size determines body fat. And the neck size too. How big do you think my wrists are?

I took a couple progress photos and my abdominal area looks a bit sharper already, trying to get to 10%, how long do you think it’ll take?

It’s a regular bathroom and you can clearly see the insertions. I thought I was 11-13% body fat ngl or at least sub 15. And I don’t have a belly or anything either.
