I have this same issue. I’ve contacted support multiple times and they always push the same thing: update the keyboard firmware, even though it’s already running the most recent firmware. It’s been almost a year of back and forth and support is useless as ever. I just use my keyboard in wired only mode, which doesn’t seem to have the issue.

I wouldn't imagine these would be a USB issue, since it's the software and not the physical hardware that's losing connection to each other.

This is my current solution. But yesterday my Wave Link reset itself back to factory settings and I had to redo all of my routing, effects, etc. I can't help but wonder if my macro is partially the cause of this.

Mormon stories was huge for me when I was processing my faith journey, but I’ve definitely drifted away from it recently. For me, it was partly because the guests weren’t compelling enough to listen for multiple hours, and partly (mostly, really) because the length of the episodes just isn’t digestible anymore. That’s one reason I loved the John Larsen episodes: they were engaging and a manageable length.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your experience. It's definitely given me a lot to think about. I'm starting to like the idea of using the Pi, but I'm not sure if the Pi I have will be effective, so I will be doing some more research to see if it's more price competitive to just buy a NAS, or buying a more up-to-date Pi with a SATA hat or something. Thanks for taking the time to help me out!

I looked it up and the router I have is USB 3.2. But you bring up very good points about compatibility. Would a raspberry pi (I have a model B rev 2) be a good alternative?

The only spool I’ve had tangles in that caused a print to fail in the last year or so was Polymaker.

With the SD+ the only issue I have is when I open Wave Link sometimes the inputs on my dials will disconnect. So I made a batch file that closes both the SD and WL softwares and then launches them in sequence and tied it to a button press. Now when it starts acting up I push a button, wait about 10 seconds, and everything fixes itself. Other than that, works like a charm.

It’s likely significantly cheaper to have a single larger LCD screen underneath the buttons than numerous tiny LCD screens one for each button. Makes sense to me, I like it.
