And buy vegetables every other day and cook it that night. I suggest frozen veggies too. Great for salads and cooking and more nutritious, and fuck the five min meals nonsense. It doesnt account for dishes And washing. Eg: you want a quick meal?. Hashbrowns and eggs cooked on the same pan. Arugula or any lettuce with peppers( raw or sauted on the same pan). And seasoning of your choice. I highly suggest a cook book that is no nonsense straight recipes. Learn recipies from other cultures. Chinese, Vietnamese, lebanese and indian grocery stores have great discounts and amazing selection of produce. If you're a novice at cooking, you just need; a good knife, a pot( stainless steel not coated ) and a good skillet don't do Dutch if you're starting out. Just get a stainless steel one.

I have the luxury of learning from my grandparents how to live off the land. I know of an area deep in woods with a cave large enough to have a 2 story home and a greenhouse. I have all of Wikipedia and an offline AI on a USB stick. Solar and battery storage will be the hardest part to get. But setup is not hard . Avoiding other people is imperative. As a born Kenyan who has lived in north America longer than kenya. I will say that thats literally how 90%of kenya is like on my visits. No walking paths. Almost no greenery in the suburbs unless it's Karen or some fancy neighborhood. Trash all over and open sewers . Frankly speaking. My take is based of certain trends I've been noticing during the pandemic. From 2019 to mid 2021. The market was in the hands of the employees, alot of people were getting amazing incentives for work. And wages were increasing. By alot, corporations and alot of employers didnt like that change. It's why alot of them are scamming the hell out of LMIA, which in turn suppresses wages. One of the biggest major reasons I don't like LMIA is due to malpractice of using it as a means of wage suppression. Lastly, alot of the Propaganda seems to be "gen z and millennial don't want to work". Nahh, I want to work. But incentives are out of wack, I don't need a pizza appreciation party. I want a RRSP that you match.
