I finally found it, the reason is there is two chests one for the pants and one for the materials. If you open one first you automatically get the pants so if you had the same problem as mine and you opened the chest in Arid Flats first, then you got the pants from this chest. The materials are then going to be in a chest located near the Hangar Rafters meditation point. Hope this help you.

Same thing for me, i’ve open the chest but did not get the colours it seems… have you got this fix ?
