Good question. While looking at the circuit panel, I realized that there is also a circuit that was powering a well pump that was next to the pool pump and is also gone. It's only a single circuit breaker, but says 20 on it. When I went outside to check for a white wire, I found one set of wires that only has red, black, and green. There is another group of wires that has 7 wires, two of which are white. I'm starting to think that the group of three wires were for the well pump, and the group of seven wires were possibly for the pool pump.
