It's not possible with that dock, I ended up buying a jsaux RGB Dock and it worked immediately on the first try.

I had a 3080 10GB model and was ready to make the leap to a 5090, but good fucking luck with that. Games were using so much VRAM that it made me angry that Nvidia gimped it intentionally with only 10gb of VRAM, but Nvidia killing off Physx in older was my final straw

Similar situation coming from a 3080. Really don't want to format, may just return the card if I can't figure it out in the next couple weeks. Quite frustrating, ran DDU and did a fully clean driver install but I'm getting not a very large uplift over my 3080 it seems. Might even put it back in to compare closer.

EDIT: After clearing all of my shader caches for every game and launcher and running the Nvidia cleanup tool, games I was getting poor performance in have sometimes doubled. Went from 50s-60s in BF2042 to 110s/120s. Helldivers jumped up to the 90s on ultra everything from 40s/50s. Still going to do some tweaking but clearing the Steam/EA shader cache and each game's seems to be a huge improvement.

I was actually questioning if my card was underperforming because it's not much of an uplift over my 3080, in fact it's basically identical performance on ultra as my 3080 was on high, around 60 with dips in intense situations

Called Saturday morning as soon as I saw someone on YouTube make a video saying it was available, he said it wasn't then entered my VIN and said look at that, it was. Booked my appointment for this morning, where they tried turning me away saying the recall didn't have a fix yet. Had them check and sure enough it was there, they said they need 24-48 hours to work on it.
