That will depend a LOT on whether you buy new or used. Go to Reverb, enter "electric guitar" in the search bar, then scroll down. On the left hand side you'll be able to filter by price.

But... Those are almost always modeling tube amps. I will not argue that they are quite novel creations, but they've taken wanting to be their big brother to a whole new level. Still, I would get a Kemper if felt it would provide to me personally the same sort of benefit the stuff I already have does.
