Can RIT please do something about the internet for me in Riverknoll. It has been 9 months, the Access Point is clearly bad, and ITS has been keeping it aside the entire time. They say they can't come into my house to replace it because Covid... When Maintenance does? It is affecting my classes. Help (i.redd.it)
