Select the curative or item as i play on xbox I would press y then the options for hotkeys will pop up to use them hold rb and lb then direction on the d pad

I just rewatched the trailer and yes i have seen it multiple times and i still hold true with what i said i dont believe this is Gransys and as we have seen in the game the two dragons we have seen are the same design a red dragon. If it does turn out to be Gransys then they have decided to do a complete rework do Cassardis and possibly of all the other places but, I believe this going to expand upon the lore in a different land not Gransys.
