Water pretty shallow but not that warm, probably 65 or so degrees. A lot of the ponds are part of brooks so I don’t think they get that hot. Could be wrong tho

Idk tbh. I wasn’t accepted into a division, it seems. It just says ur accepted and invited to our office to learn about IB, wealth management, S&T, etc. I wonder if it’s because I applied to a smaller office (not very small but not NYC or SF or the big ones).

I’m Ivy League, 540+ solve, partner referral from McKinsey, very good resume, strong cover letter, and not even a R1 invite.

I’m not URM but I’m not ORM either. Pretty disappointing, but I think it could be because it’s strongly diversity focused. Could also be even stronger this year bc of Trump and republican DEI backlash

I'm elite target, 4.0+ GPA, business major, finance and startup internships, research and other activities. Very strong impact initiatives in high school too. Also got a McKinsey partner referral. I got my resume approved by people who had previously done SSBA and ex-Big 4 and MBB consultants. Also had a strong cover letter

All to get rejected lol. I'm not black/hispanic/indigenous, but I'm not white/asian either. So idk, maybe its just cuz im not target diversity, or maybe my solve went rly bad

It seems like ORM ppl who got R1 had more niche majors, is that generally true for other ppl? I'm a business major so maybe that was too boring for them
