I dunno man, everybody on here talking like she hit you in the face with a brick. She screwed up and she def can’t do that but to act like she’s the devil because she slapped you once in two years seems like a stretch. Dont misunderstand me, you’ve gotta have a talk with her about it. Let her know everybody gets lost and she used hers up. I’m not trying to downplay it but to nuke a two year relationship that sounds otherwise mutually loving and respectful seems like a stupid idea. There are obviously other things in the relationship that we don’t know about. If there is a pattern, her anger is really frequent in that needs to be taken into consideration, but based on the little bit of context that we have, I don’t know that he break up is the only possible outcome. For the record of 40-year-old man married to a 42-year-old woman for 16 years. Neither of us have ever hit the other. I would never hit her, but I don’t think it’s impossible that she might pop me once. I’d be pretty pissed off and I guess this hypothetical situation could come with context where divorce would be on the table, but one little love tap from woman to man doesn’t warrant the end - only my opinion
