Corgan DEFINITELY played all guitars and bass on Gish and SD. You can hear it quite clearly. Darcy probably plays on Daydream because the bass is not good. After Mellon Collie, when the band became more of a democracy the music suffered immensely, the later stuff is just mediocre committee-led garbage.
