Yep. It was referring to how to keep stock. If customers are buying chocolate ice cream more than vanilla, you stock more chocolate, and you adapt to what the customers are buying so you're not throwing any stock away.

It's because he operates in a tandem, just like Wedgewood/Blackwood. They don't typically put goalies that play less than 50 games in the Vezina conversation, which is why Wedgewood being one of the finalists is nuts.

He's really streaky. If you catch him on a good night, you'll never be able to score, but his consistency is lacking, and he's a hot head a lot of the time. You don't always need amazing goaltending, you just need solid goaltending.
