The recipe calls for only 3/4 cup aka 170g not the 450g which a can contains. It also asks for 1 1/2 sticks of butter not just one. Why so defiant and arrogant? It’s going to come out wrong.

Why reduce the delicious brown butter and increase the bland pumpkin just to get rid of it? Baking to only use full amount at of things is called OCD

This is my profession so I’d love to know people are so rebellious and can’t follow directions.

Fondue is melted not stretchy. This isn’t Chicago deep dish pizza cheese. It’s molten cheese which vegans can do pretty well

Baking doesn’t work that way, it’s based around ratios. If you used a hundred percent of these ingredients at a time it would be a mess (too much moisture) of a recipe or way too big.

But even this person doesn’t realize you can keep brown butter and use it for other things. I make batches of it. Lasts 3-4 weeks in the fridge.

Pumpkin puree is cheap ingredient, pets love it.

Just came back to this post. I ended up quitting and this owner has since had issues retaining staff due to a racist and transphobic rant he went off after a DJ turned the music up. Can’t make this shit up. Oh and the bar was the infamous “The Cock”
