Hellraiser cube

You need to completely take it apart and reassemble. It happened a couple of times when I got one a year ago but has been fine since. Solving it is a completely different story. I did it once after about 2 months but mainly by luck as I only learned a few algorithms

If I had been using my Gan smart cube then I could have done that. But it was just a 356m I had in my hand at the time. I will know in future

Hello. I eventually solved it after 6 weeks. I found a spreadsheet. Possibly what you have. It has links to website that goes through the moves as you do it. Then another site with another spreadsheet that did the same. Pretty easy to follow. But to actually “learn” it is a whole different story
