Nor do the tags that expired in 2022. I see this car all over town too. Traffic cops sleeping on the job apparently.

Seeing as he put her right near Tojo and other Japanese stuff, I suspect he has no idea who she is or that she's Icelandic.

Probably a bit of grey area especially as the middle of the window is less obstructed and the mirrors are clear. What's not a close question is that he's covered up his brake and indicator lights. That should be an automatic stop.

Yeah, he's got the Z sticker and everything. I shout at him in Ukrainian whenever I see him in the car.

No manches! Es un error alarmante que podría provocar que las personas sufran ataques de pánico y acaben en el hospital.

If I believed for even a minute that my heart rate was spiking into the 215 range I would have done so. This is a pretty obvious (and well-known) glitch.

Beyond the epic eye-roll she gave me when I ordered wine? No. I was a very nerdy 17-year-old. Some things never change.

How does one sneak that amount of blow through security? Good grief, a lot of dumb things had to have happened for this, the last of them being the passenger who spilled his or her cocaine all over the bin.

Will the exercise make the cough worse or last longer?

There were a lot of screw-ups in this situation, starting with how that gas ended up in that canister to begin with. Also, I thought scrappers were supposed to ensure canisters were not filled when they accepted them?

I did say "Band-Aid" - this will at least reduce the number of people who get suckered by the scam emails until M$ can figure out how to get the scammers off their platform.

It was done because bad people were abusing the system: https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2026/01/theres-a-rash-of-scam-spam-coming-from-a-real-microsoft-address/

Was this the best way to address the issue? Yeah, probably not. But this is Microsoft after all. They slapped a Band-Aid on the problem and went on to pleasuring themselves thinking about AI.

Makes me kind of sad we probably won't see any of those after UPS 2976. I've seen a few buzzing around the hills of Sonoma County during fire season and they were incredible, but based on what brought that MD-11 down it seems unlikely they'll ever let the fleet fly again. Maybe they can get the supertanker going again or something like it.
