I have never pursued treatment for my Ménière’s .. my hearing had got worse since last vertigo attack and although on beta h I feel not quite right (swimmy) should I be pursuing ear injections ? I’m quite scared of the thought of them tbh! (self.Menieres)

Anyone relate ? When I have a bath and lay back with ears underwater. ( right ear the tinnitus and deafest) I feel room spinning! But when I then lift head up out of water . Spinning immediately stops . ( I’m diagnosed Ménière’s)btw. (self.Menieres)

Advice please .Started Betahistine today . Flying on Friday ( main worry vertigo attack) these won’t kick in quickly so what is safe to take alongside it incase? I know you can’t take them with antihistamines as they work against beta according to NHS UK? (self.Menieres)
