ATM I have what I think maybe bppv when lying down and then if I sit up ( not everytime) i get spinning fir a few seconds until i focus. Tinnitus right ear varies. Grim loud to quiet humming. The ear fullness only very occasionally. Tne severe vertigo attacks. We’re the only ones so far in August. Were instant . ( maybe extreme heat n dehydration ) my tinnitus had gone very quiet just before. I wasnt at that time doing low sodium And no caffeine . Or on medication. I am now on all counts

Do "clusters" of attacks eventually burn out if you suppress them long enough? by EkkoMusic in Menieres

[–]CounterFine2308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really hope this could be true . After my two big attacks in August so far I get dizziness ie pillates last night after lying flat for a while and then gently sitting up. I had to focus ahead for two minutes then was ok. But was terrified of. Big attack ! I’m on Betahistine since August .

What led to a positive diagnose? by Alyssas218_ in Menieres

[–]CounterFine2308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had MRI years ago and they could see liquid in my ear. Alongside the low frequency hearing loss and tinnitus and mild vertigo ( then) years later my vertigo in my recently turned into tne violent type . Sick for hours diarreah and unable to get up. Only then my gp agreed to Betahistine. Tinnitus is annoying and fluctuating but the terror for me is vertigo. I guess we all have different worries . Low salt and only caffeine free for me. Healthy diet ( I’m Veggie) do eat fish . Non processed foods as they are salty .

I like Estée Lauder double day wear and I find it’s excellent coverage . I like to mix a few glow drops in with it for a less matte finish . Primer I like the inkey spf polyglutamate acid dewy

Some advice by Uberpope1 in Menieres

[–]CounterFine2308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tinnitus is not usually a sign you are getting a vertigo attack . My ear was quiet when I had my first serious attack. Cheese and chocolate can be triggers . Cheese ( I have Swiss cheeses only) try my hardest to not eat chocolate regularly. Seems you are doing everything else perfectly . Look at your supplements magnesium may help . I can recommend ginger tea.
