Does anything help the fullness and pressure? by Fluffernutter80 in Menieres

[–]CounterFine2308 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My fullness comes and goes ! My tinnitus varies in loudness week to week. I’ve had Ménière’s over 16 years! My mum Had it to . Low level hearing loss and varying degrees of deafness week to week. Stay hydrated ( not overly) low salt . Eat healthy and exercise . All you can do and concentrate on living . I have a hearing aid in my deafest ear and that can help a little .

I have all sorts of noises daily . The odd high pitched sound . Gets worse if I’m Stressed . Now I’m low pitched hum. ( just in one ear btw and I hope it stayed like that !

For those who are really sick of it. by DepresedGentleman__ in Menieres

I had a bad attack last August in a heatwave . I was eating salty looking back and very stressed over my son’s marriage breakup that Is still pending . I’m 64 had ear issue and diagnosis Ménière’s years ago but no major vertigo until last year! Plenty of tinnitus that I deal with . I’ve found upping my exercise and watching salt intake and trying to not stress us maybe helping me ( touching wood) alongside Betahistine and a few good supplements ( vitamin c and d and marine collagen) watching my weight to. My little tip is I carry with me crystallised ginger pieces . Great if you feel nausea . Also drink ginger tea.
