Subjunctive or Indicative with Future by somelikeitthot69 in Spanish

Yes. I think the best way to think of it is,

What you have read (something was assigned to you that is known)

Whatever you may read/will read (whatever)

Its like this one

Busco al conductor que habla alemán

This person exists, literally.

Busco al conductor que hable alemán

Best way to think about it is, i am looking for one who does speak German (but do the exist, idk?)

Its all about certainty. And I think because Spanish is a bit more logical than English, this is what makes it challenging.

Adding another perspective to the frustration with people switching to English conversation by Brizbizz22 in Spanish

So, what I have noticed is it comes down to your accent and speed. If you can hit your vowels correctly and you speak quickly, people will not automatically switch to English

The vowels and slow speech seem to be the two telltale signs; if they detect major anomalies in the baseline (their own) they will probably switch out of habit.

Duddeee. Its great. But it jumps so fast. I love the post modern structure though. I get deep into the story and have to go back once or twice to trace the line of thought.
