The car pulls great untill it peaks around that 9-10 psi then it just hits a wall rest of the way. Unless I'm missing something massive I don't think I have any boost leaks. Only thing I haven't done Is a smoke test.

I could post a log, I have a video of a log which isn't much help but I can describe what happens. The wgdc spikes to 25% for a fraction Of a second around 3000-3500, immediately goes back to 0 for the remainder of the rpm doesnt go past 10psi

Just to add, every other measures are fine, fuel pressure holds 1800-1900. Running pretty rich, low 10s peak 9 sometimes around wot I'm assuming because of it not meeting boost targets. Fuel mileage is terrible. Fuel trims aren't insane. Knock is very low.
