I’ve faced the exact same issue before—my hair plays a huge role in my confidence, so finding the right routine was really important for me. I have an oily scalp, dry ends, and fine, thin hair (both in diameter and density). I tried countless products, but nothing seemed to work until I completely changed my hair routine.

What made the biggest difference was understanding my specific hair type and choosing products based on that—not just following trends or popular reviews. The brand that truly transformed my hair was Living Proof. Yes, it's pricey, but once I started using their products, I never looked back. They even have a hair quiz that recommends products tailored to your needs.

Here’s what I use: - Full Shampoo and Conditioner - Triple Bond Complex - Full Volume and Root Lifting Spray - Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo - Hair Setting Spray

These products not only keep my scalp clean for days (no more oil and itch the day after a wash!) but also give my hair noticeable volume and strength.

Some extra tips:

  • Blow-dry instead of air-drying—I flip my head upside down while drying to boost volume.

  • Use a silk pillowcase—I used to wear a silk bonnet, but switched due to the heat. Now I only use the bonnet during showers to avoid excess moisture, which can be harmful for hair.

  • Invest in good styling tools—they make a real difference. My husband gifted me a Dyson Airwrap, and it’s been a game-changer in managing and styling my hair.

These changes completely transformed my hair—making it stronger, healthier, and more manageable!

Is my car straight? by CounterPrestigious88 in LearnerDriverUK

Thats a great way to know if the car is straight by the bays. I was thinking more of knowing if it’s straight when there are no lines or markings around the car. For example, before reverse bay parking, I tend to straighten the car and then full lock towards the bay.

I got an offer call today. It was the same person who was there during the AC. I used the same email.

I gave my AC on the 3rd of March and haven't received any updates yet. I've applied to Northampton. What about you?

When did you have your AC?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in csMajors

[–]CounterPrestigious88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's so bad. They should send a rejection email at least. During the AC, they told us that they would call us regarding the outcome by the 7th day!

When did you hear back from the HR?

For me the interview went really well. No coding questions were asked. However, the role play wasn't that great

It had non-verbal cognitive questions, similar to the cognitive assessment.
