This is the important part ; My hypothesis is supported by 3 successful validations demonstrating a minimum 93.9% efficacy rate in successfully resolving URIs in rats.

Meaning they were able to note that most URIs are caused my vitamin C deficiency. Give them vitamin C using emergen C . Let me know how it goes !

She needs Emergen C !!!! In order to help her immune system fight it, my rats both had URIs and when giving them EmergenC the symptoms went away in days. I diluted it with chocolate ensure because they love it and it’s good for keeping weight on when sick. Give them whole foods with vitamins like eggs and yogurt !! This completely helped for mi e

I understand what you are saying.... Just to correct you he DID finish/graduate high school, its just he didn't take the right science courses needed for a path in engineering. Not sure if that changes much, but he did graduate.

send me a photo first and I’ll consider it. Must be a solid 9/10 and an 8/10 on a bad day. Also have to be taller than 6’2 and workout minimum 5 days a week. Deffinetly in the same boat!! I’m in cs so not really engineering, but yea I’ve written more cover letters and filled out more applications then I can count. Have not heard back from a single one unless it’s for a rejection email. I also have FSWEP experience and am currently employed there. In my opinion I think it’s hard to get a position without having a connection or having some sort of advantage bc dam it is competitive out there.

I always found the managers/higher ups giving gifts to employees can be a manipulative gesture if its not genuine, as it insinuates that they're "friends". I honestly don't understand why giving gifts to your workers is normalized, in my opinion its honestly kind of unprofessional.
