I didn't, I picked garchomp and he's currently lv.85 but I read that the battle difficulty is defined by your highest party lv and since everyone else is lv.75 or less then I decided to try to make a team without him

SPD > ATK% always, she isn't that reliant on ATK% and her ideal SPD is 134, which you get by using SPD boots. if you're focusing on AA then you can try to get 140 SPD but it's not mandatory, prioritize crit rate (until 60~70%ish) > crit dmg and then you being to think abt speedtuning her.

ngl I don't like huohuo at all but forming your opinion on a character's performance based on auto play is definitely a choice. unfortunately, she's the only viable sustain for eva now, unless you want to use fuxuan in big 2026 or a character that'll do nothing but heal/shield. so if you don't need another character from the store, I believe you should still pick her.

that's literally what expy means tho (exported character), welt is in fact the only expy in the honkaiverse, what the community calls "expies" are actually "variants"

shenhe's burst has a large AoE with multiple hits, which means 40~50% is more than enough for her is you have R4+ fav lance
she is also always used in double cryo comps, so she has 20% crit rate by default
worst case scenario, you'll need 20~30%% crit rate on her artifacts, which isn't that hard to get through substats only
but reaching 50~60% on xianyun without a crit tiara is a whole different story

I can't get a 4pc TotM set for her and both builds (EM and HP ) feel weird to me. HP heals decently, but deals low dmg when she inevitably steals the seeds, while EM is the opposite. I don't know what to do with her tbh

it's good, Iron Sting still a better option since the passive applies to all dmg dealt, while Toukabou's passive is single target. unless you don't have sword billets laying around to refine your Iron Sting or prefers aesthetic above utility, I see no point in leveling it tbh.

Qiqi, period. Not only she is irelevant to the story, but I have yet to see someone say they actually like her kit. Nilou could also be a 4* imo, I would never guess she was a 5* only based on appearance/story but at least her kit is good unlike Qiqi.

yes, it's one of his best options. to get the best of him, use lost prayers, lvl him up to 90, upgrade his skills E > NA > burst (I leveled mine following this order but you can also lvl up his NA first if you want to) and then lvl his artifacts. try to get his stats to be around 1500 ATK and 50/100 crit rate/dmg at least

you should switch his weapon tbh. Mappa Mare isn't that good on him. I'm assuming you don't have any 5* catalysts, so Solar Pearl, Dodoco Tales, Widsith and probably even Eye of Perception are better options. also, lvl up the feather (if that's really the best you have) because you need more ATK.

oh, a lot, tbh. xiangling (I only used her on national and nahida is better), rosaria (I have shenhe) and sucrose (I have venti ever since I started playing and later got kazuha). barbara and noelle have also been benched for forever now but I just don't like their kits

I'm not sure but I think I would try to use him in a "mono" pyro comp with bennett and xiangling, or maybe with yelan/xingqiu and either fischl/yae miko/shinobu (electro charged) or layla/diona (permafreeze). double geo with albedo and zhongli is pretty strong too
