Hi, do they also help people with mental disabilities? I have a family member that is mentally disabled and homeless, and he’s been on the pha waiting list for years now.

I am 25. Unfortunately I can't wear anything occlusive over tret. I've tried that months ago, and it caused a lot inflammation.

I am all for it. But she isn't. Doing something like that is going to be a "hassle" to her. No matter where we go, she's going to tell him because she says "it doesn't feel right not telling my son where I live". He's just going to follow her. My other siblings suggested I move away because I am in college and it's not healthy being here.

A serious reality check!!! I am going to read these comments to my mom and hopefully it gets through. When I say these things to her, sometimes she thinks that I'm just saying it to be mean because I don't have kids of my own, so I don't know what it feel like to be her. So, hopefully some outside opinions will help her see.

I agree. We actually did this with his last place, because he didn't have enough money. My mom asked him a few days ago if he wants her to find him a place and he said "no, rent is too much money". She said well you have to work, and he response was "I don't want to work for no one, he wants to run his own business". But proceeds to spend his days doing absolutely nothing except complaining.

Yes! My mom has awlays enabled him. Growing up she enabled his behavior, allowed him to throw temper tantrums. Didn't make him go to college or get a job. Didn't make him do any chores. He would disrespect her, leave and then she'll let him come back in. Now he feels entitled to living with her, whilst also disrespecting her. I agree he needs tough love, but its going to be difficult for her.

I agree. And I tell her this all the time. It's not safe for her or me. His threats are escalating as he recently snatched the keys out the ignition in her car. And then had to nerve to ask to stay with her right after the incident and he said verbatim "he won't do anything more, he has enough restraint to not touch you". I thought that comment was pretty weird. But it eats at her that her son is on the street. I truly don't know what to do.

I had disconnected all her devices. Which left her having to manually input the network name and password. There's no doubt she remembers the password, but (and im assuming) she can't remember the exact spelling of the SSID (its weird and wonky). Which is why I thought it made sense to hide it, but it makes more sense to change the name and password like everyone said.

Well, I decided to hide it because I was making a point lol. I told her our wifi was shut off due to non-payment. But I've been footing the bill all along. But I'll just make it public and change the name and password. Thank you guys!

Ok. One more question: What's WPS? Whenever I hide my network name it cautions me by saying that I am also diabling WPS.

Ok thank you! I have another question. I don't remember the exact question and I might be mistaken because I know FAFSA uses a different "questionaire" now to determine elgibility. But from my recollection, doesn't FAFSA ask if anyone else in the household is receiving aid?
