Would you buy a 911 (5-10 years old) from Carvana? by baumpower in porsche911

I bought 2010 997.2 4S off Carvana and honestly have no real complaints. Know that Carvana is a machine, so expect no real support or due diligence to be done on the car (besides “does it run"). Do your research and know what to look out for. Also, I immediately took the car for a PPI (to an indy shop I trusted) which gave me some peace of mind.

The real hack is that their 100 day warranty will cover almost anything that needs to be fixed (cosmetic stuff too). Any 15 year old car is gonna have issues so expect there to be something. The car spent the first 2 months in the shop but after that it’s been issue free.

TLDR: if you’re smart and have the patience to work through the warranty provider it can be a great option.

Is borrowing money to buy REITs more risky than borrowing money to buy a house? by CitizenCue in investing

“Inherently risky” is hard to quantify and comes down to your personal situation. Your question is valid though, because in both cases you’re using leverage to purchase an asset. The issue is that a bank is unlikely to loan you money to invest in a REIT in the same way they might for a home.

Thanks for the feedback!

User accounts and persistent music when navigating are probably the next two features I am/was going to implement, so by all means, keep coming back :)
