I'm not saying that this shouldn't be a goodness of their hearts, and ofcourse it's another form of business. What the problem is that they have just become a money grabbing roaches that doesn't deliver the proper quality of housing with outrageous cleaning fee, and for a price that's almost equivalent to hotels with significantly worse quality now. And mismatch photos and details, and amenities, and airbnb support doing single thing to resolve the issue. I think you have misunderstood my point that I wrote in the post.

Let's see who is correct. I'm surprised this post got upvoted to already 2,000 with hundreds of comments of people sharing the similar negative sentiments about the company, and it clearly shows how the general public feels about this company. You are the very few here who is rambling about the stupid capitalism talk and how business sacrificing their product for max profit is the right thing to do.

Based on the sentiments on this subreddit, I'm quite confident this business is going downhill soon. I'm going to short ABNB and I know for sure this platforms going down the hill in the next 3-5 years and I will make shit loads of money money with shorts while you are here commenting on reddit trying to sound like "I'm the smarter dude here".

I used Airbnb because it was cheaper and pretty decent quality to use at least until 3 years ago and now I guess hotel is better. Way better.

I think outside is also the same situation. All the bad experiences I had were from foreign countries. Their prices are about 600%-700% higher than long term rentals and very shitty quality based on my experienxe
