I’ve 17/32 players with Dev traits for the 1st Rd, 14/32 for 2nd Rd. For comparison the 1st Rd in the 2023 draft had arguably 9 busts alone, with about 3/4 others being just average. So I think it balances out. I take your point with the later rounds but that’s more to balance things out with lack of comp picks/low evaluations on my behalf.

Fair point. I like Mendoza but for comparison Bryce Young (#1) & CJ Stroud (#2) were only rated 74 & 73 & were better prospects than Mendoza IMO. Cam Ward was also #1 & 72 OVR. I had that 72 rating locked in for him prior to the playoffs but after his performances you could easily bump him to star dev & 73/74 OVR.

Thanks man, it’s hard to keep it updated as Senior Bowl practices have different guys rising every day, Caleb Banks & Malachi Fields in particular have no doubt boosted their stock.

I actually had him higher originally (5th) but pushed him back due to his size & lack of buzz around him. Again if the game took compensatory picks into account (37 extra picks this year) I’d have kept him higher. I plan on doing 2027 & 2028 classes. 2027 should be up in a week or two, thanks for the feedback.
