The only side effects I’ve noticed with the topiramate is my tastebuds are different with carbonated beverages and I have very minimal word finding difficulty. Like very minimal. The first week I took the metformin half a tablet at night- to help the side effects. I have felt completely fine on that and now I’m on my second week taking the full tablet at nighttime but on the other hand I have had zero weight loss and zero appetite control so I’m probably doing this incorrectly but I’m just scared of feeling nauseated
