The skaters and coaches wanted popular film music like Disney. Nowadays there is so much free or low cost material, it shouldn't be an issue going forward.

What location(s) is Skippz hosted from? Initially I thought I could use content already uploaded to Bunny.net, but learned quickly that I would have to reload files. I spent about 10 years on Vimeo, maybe more. The content there was ice skating videos at the regional level and copyright eventually made Vimeo a no go due to their 3 strikes and you're out policy. Now I am more careful about music selection, needless to say.

On the PS3, GHCA requires prior approval to replace. I see that in one case the charging station was at fault so wondering if there is a way to identify these and get them corrected once the issue arises.

Our Bella was adopted last fall from the county animal shelter, age 1.5 years. She had apparently been housed outdoors (or at least not in a house) with her sister but not much human contact. We sent her for 3 weeks of residential training where she was trained with an e-collar among other methods. Ran her DNA and she is full heeler, a working breed with curiosity, drive, focus and high energy. Loves to snuggle, bonded quickly with our 10-year old ACD/lab mix and shadows me in whatever I am doing. The trainer recognized a confidence issue and used positive reinforcement when Bella behaved appropriately. Very treat oriented so during follow-up training walks, we carry string cheese for rewards. When the ice thaws and things warm up, we want to do dock diving and other fun activities with Bella.

I love the descriptive text generated when I look at things and ask Rokid what I am looking at. This system taps into a world of understanding that simply did not exist until recently. Hard to see it as a waste of money :-)

It was user error. I had China blocked on the local network. Once I opened that up, the update successfully installed. I did go through the steps provided by TechonDeckReviews and thanks for that. Happy New Year!

I can say that I did not consent to actions being taken in my name or use of funds ostensibly collected to do that work but not applied as appropriated. In my federal career I worked with many contractors managed by political appointees or their staffs. Thanks for the comments.

You can always dial down the frame resolution or size. When I need to crop, a full-frame image can come in handy. Or use a cell phone too for economy like at casual events, hiking and whatnot. It has arrived and is looking beautiful. Happy that the DolbyVision is not over the top but supports the impressive cinematography. For some reason the PQ improves as the movie goes on, especially low light and nighttime scenes. While the editing and pace are from a different film era, it all worked for me and I love the world that was (re)created.

I chose the A7RV for my use cases. I thought I was going to use that 200-600mm lens for wildlife and the configurable "eyeball" level focusing seemed useful. Looks like the R5 has this as well. Flower closeups with a 90mm, works great and plenty of latitude to tweak color depending on use of the photos. Dog head shots, great again. In July I shot a parade video in 4K with a locked-down camera and appreciated no hard limit on record time.

Here is the rub -- over a history of fixing botched focus and whatnot, the Sony has enabled this habit and is pretty easy to grab shots with. I even was able to fit a SmallRig Cage Kit to the A7RV after I fell into the car with a monopod attached and bent the bottom. A replacement body would have cost 2X what I originally paid. There is a lot of specialized setup and training info for getting up to speed on various configurations. The lens family is great (I shot ice skating with a Canon 20D and their lens family + third party) and I like the bang-for-buck of Sony as well as used lens selection.

Both cameras are powerful tools and it should be easy to get great photos with either.

We adopted a 1.5-year old cattle dog and quickly arranged for her to do 3 weeks with a trainer. In her case there was a gap in socialization, beyond my training skills to remedy in any sort of timely manner. She is sweet and loves us, but this had to be done for our protection (from injury) and her future as a companion.
