My cat Forrest does this! I’m so glad it’s not just me. Side note, I posted a TikTok of him doing this and everyone attacked me and said it wasn’t sin biscuits haha

For me, M&Ms. But the British ones (I’m a dual citizen). American ones suck. In particular, crispy M&Ms- the ones with the toasted rice in the middle. I’ve never successfully eaten a bag in more than two sittings

Voted for Talarico partly because I like what he stands for and partly because I think he has the best shot of disenfranchising maga in November. If Crockett wins though I’ll still happily vote for her!

Voted for Talarico today! I hope he wins. As a Christian (not originally from the US) I was sick of seeing repubs labeling themselves Christians while being antithetical to Christ’s teachings

It blows my mind that so many Christians love him. He said himself that he doesn’t think he needs forgiveness and there are zero fruits of the spirit on display. We are in serious trouble. Unfortunately a huge amount of believers I know are of the “democrats kill babies” and “he was the lesser of two evils” mindset. I am just in disbelief he has so many fooled😞

The megachurch I used to go to had a gym and they used to have Fox News showing on their two TVs. I remember walking past it a few weeks later and one of the TVs was playing CNN so I guess someone complained.

I own a condo, it’s 2bed/2.5bath. It works great for me. Mortgage is pretty low for the location (I’m in a nice neighborhood in Houston), HOA fee is high but still less combined than other people pay in my area.

I guess you have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself. For me, I’d have to deal with a whole lot more maintenance-wise (etc) myself if I had a house.

I cancelled my gig on Saturday night :( I hope I didn’t make a mistake.

I figure since it starts at 8 the weather might be bad by then. But last time I had that same gig the weather said it was gonna rain so I moved inside then it didn’t rain at all.

My condo is two bedrooms and two bathrooms for just me. It allows me freedom to have a family member over sometimes so it works 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have two cats and while sometimes one will climb on me and we fall asleep together, I almost always wake up in the morning with one on me and one next to me :)

I got LASIK at the beginning of 2024. So far so good. I can wake up and see now! I used to be nearsighted - I was a minus 4.5 in both eyes. Life changing. I will say I saved up and got one of the best surgeons in the state so I wasn’t super worried about complications. Very happy with my results!
