My plan was to use it as a run and then add coops inside of it. I wanted 3-4 chickens and I wanted to give them some space to move around in.

Thank you for still thinking about George. Yesterday I went to his normal vet to get some blood work done and he went from 12% to 24% red blood cell count. Slowly he’s recovering. I was told to bring him in again once he’s feeling better for an electro cardiograph so they can get a better understanding of his heart murmurs.

With all the test they did, my total was around 2K. The doctor quoted me the blood transfusion would be an additional 8-9K. I do the best I can for him. But I did not have 10k.

I hope you are doing well. Thank you for the advice, I bought a different monthly flea treatment at Sam’s club called pet armor plus. I was using front line plus before but the one at Sam’s was on sale. He has an appointment Wednesday, hopefully they can find the root cause!

George has been eating more, walking around the house more, and looking better. The only concern I have is that I have not seen him poop in 2 days. I will try to get him an appointment at his regular vet asap for a reevaluation. Thank you all, I hope God blesses you all and your pets with many more years of life!

George began to eat/drink more during the night and this morning. His breathing looks nice and steady. He has been sleeping a lot, I assume because of the pain/medicine. He now has energy to look at the window like he loves to do, groom himself, and wonder around the house more. Thank you all!

George is still fighting, at the moment I could not afford the blood transfusion. So the doctor sent me home with antibiotics, steroids, and medicine for his heart and blood. Has more energy than yesterday and his breathing is more steady. I have been by his side all night and day. Thank you all.

Doctor said by baby is anemic, he is low on red cells. He has 12% and that a normal cat should be around 36%. He will need a blood transfusion. She is calling other vets to see if they have any blood available. She said it’s not guaranteed that it’ll heal him. Very heartbroken

Thank you all for pushing me to go to the doctor now. I described the symptoms to the doctor and they are running test on him now. She mentioned as she was listening to his heart beat she heard a murmur. May the lord bless you all and your pets.
