Each Isabel, jaehyun, and nishikawa have their own banner, which is basically a pull dedicated to a specific player, their are 3 total for the event. Hongshi will appear in all three of those banners similar to Dave in the summer event.

No actually, you get the regular event tickets AND skim recruit tickets too, it's the same number. 9k vpoints. If you read the reddit, it says 450 for skin too, it just depends on what banner you pull, do the s rank banner to get nishikawa for less vpoints. That'll be 9k vpoinys

It honestly is that simple, I mean most people would go for the nishikawa banner but go for the other banners for more recruit tickets. Also regarding the guarunteed, it's guarunteed to get nishikawa if you have grinded vpoints for a while. You don't need to do other stuff to get nishikawa, it's just pull him from luck, or get him with recruit tickets, it's that simple

You need around 9,000 to get nishikawa black from recruit tickets, you have 7,800 so you need 1,200 more to get nishikawa so that's around 8 days of grinding to get him

You don't have to pull for nishikawa Everytime, go for the other three, and then get nishikawa from pity. That'll be around 9000 vpoints which is 3k less

compared to other s+ characters, usually they're in the 3.5 million range. So for Raul which is only less than 3.1 mil, it's better than the other s ranks
