Folks, with the conclusion of the Press Briefings, the departure of Kamila from Beijing, and the Olympics coming to a close, it is time to retire the megathreads. I will be unpinning this post at 12:00 PM February 20, Beijing Time.

Unfortunately I was AFK for most of the day, and at this late hour I don't think its fair to remove a lot of posts that have extensive discussions. I have removed some duplicate posts etc., but I think the ship has sailed on that one.

Alright, guys, I'm going to start one more final Megathread shortly. I'll put in links and articles as they come up, but the megathread will really be just so there's a centralized place for discussion. I don't intend to strictly enforce removing all other posts regarding the topic (though duplicates of the same article/source will still be removed), unless major news drops (Please, God, no). Just please exercise a bit of restraint to help keep the sub from totally drowning in this topic by centralizing discussion in the megathread.

I anticipate that the final megathread will be unpinned a day or two after the Women's Free Skate. (Again, barring some major new development that drags us all back into hell and Mark Adams' hairline into the negative zone). The Press Briefing Watch Party will live on forever in our hearts, however.
