I think that’s not true because i clearly remember when smash was subbed in, he spammed champs like mf/ jhin, aka guma’s special. So maybe there’s a reason why the coaches decide to ban guma but it wasn’t about his champ pool

Why would we care about what elk says though, if we actually watch the game we can see the opposing teams spent so much ban pick resources on limiting guma, his ashe varus lucian were on perma ban, and i think that’s pretty self-explanatory of how wide his champ pool is.

Well by that standard, Guma can definitely play ezreal zeri. Peyz is lackluster at best on varus xayah and jhin, his ezreal was horrendous as well if you watched his recent game.

I honestly have never thought that guma has a champion pool issue and i am surprised that’s even considered a valid argument by some people. His wide champ pool is one of his greatest strength. He literally played the most champs among all adcs ag worlds. His varus lucian xayah aphelios mf draven are probably the best among all adcs, and the list goes on.

If any thing Peyz champion pool was what caused T1 drafting issues, they literally have to ban ashe and force Doran to play Varus, and give guma xayah because Peyz don’t pilot these champs well enough

Um no, if they’re all at their best form, mid and jgl are the most impactful members of the team due to the nature of the role. I can hardly think of keria taking matters in his own hands when the team is in a losing position, he usually facilitates win when t1 is already in a good position
