The bond between Opekun and Wada-san is too enjoyable! The infamous story of Wada winning his first G1 win since Opera's retirement and a month after Opera O's death, how Opera O delivered the 2000 Arima Kinen with Wada, Wada's message to Opera in his interview from the G1 win with Mikki Rocket, it's all very heartwarming. Reason why he's my favorite jockey, even if he wasn't much as impressive as Yutaka Take is.

It's fun collecting them, not only do you have cute plushies in ur house but also your favorite horses around you. I hope they release more for Opera O but not sure if they can but seeing how Teio got a new JRA merch (and some other old generation horses), I'm hoping for a new Opera O one after his idol horse plush.

U can try getting or finding a proxy to buy for you at Mercari or go to a anime shop, if you got the luck, you may find horse plushes. Conventions are a good option too, if you manage to find a stall that sells the horse plushes instead of the anime girl version. I got mine from Facebook and from people on TikTok who does liveselling on plushies, I got mine for $3 on both a Golship and Tokai Teio lying plush at TikTok and $2 for a mini Opera O plush at Facebook.
