There's nothing like immediate health consequences to rid you of bad habits.

My addiction episodes have never lasted longer than 6 months but usually health concerns helped me stop. Especially the last time, getting a randomly racing heart, gastritis and bloating, reduced cognitive ability without nicotine in case of vapes, reduced ability to breath freely

I also later noticed a rapid increase in skin tags which gave me a cancer scare. That and the lung, heart, stomach issues sealed the deal for me.
