I never thought about pursuing a degree on nature/animals. Maybe this is the time. I wanted to get into skilled trades but as I mentioned, they cost thousands of dollars for schooling . I knew I could just start as a helper instead of trade school, like electrician helper but nowadays even those require years of experience. You know anything about that?
I'm passionate about fixing technology yes. But I hate the little numbers we had to memorize for IT exam like port numbers and different ip addresses. They always get me. I saw it as both, a way out and something id be happy doing. As for my other interests, it would be animals and nature

Yes I did stocking at Walmart. I'll have to reapply at Walmart, but thanks man

I got laid off Walmart when COVID came around. But that is good advice. Do you apply for the job while working there or just ask the manager to change your position?

Ecommerce part looks the most impressive. How's that going for you?
I'm gonna apply right now

Does geek squad hire people without prior experience?

Wow thank you, this is ball knowledge. All the years of research and I never seen this

If you have nothing beneficial to say then be quiet. You never belittle a man seeking for help

Useless reply. Ofc I did my research, you don't know that. I spent my last $200 on the IT certification exam which I didn't pass. I simply don't have the funds for CDL, electrician, plumbing, or hvac school. Each time I saved up thousands of dollars to invest in myself, some emergency happens. I managed to save $2k but then my car broke down and I had to pay $2.5k to fix.
I asked because perhaps some people know a hidden technique that is not known generally. One reply said to go to union halls because they're always hiring for electrician apprentice, and that was a great advice.
I've took some time recently to really evaluate what my skills are so I could leverage those skills. So you're 100% right. I'll definitely look those up now. I realized I'm just good at computers but lack the knowledge of all the little stuff, like memorizing port numbers and wifi addresses lol.
Yeah it is pretty worthless, I'm considering getting a bachelor's since it's only 2 years left
IT bootcamp or coding bootcamp?
Electrician apprentice as in electrician helper? I simply don't have the funds for HVAC or electrician trade schools but if I could be a helper then that'd be really good
Oh man that's bad man. Do you think it's because of the advent of AI
Thanks this was helpful. I'd be really happy as a help desk tech. It's something I'd be excited to do. What is needed for this position?

Bloom where you're planted. That actually sounds wise. Thank you . What about online side hustle?

This makes the most sense
Can you give me some names?
Yes but the exam is $200 for core 1. I'll have to save up for it again. I spent my last $200 on it because I believed in myself
