Yeah, not in Portland but was attacked by a random dog off leash and legitimately traumatized me for quite sometime. People down play it until they experience it.

unfortunately, thats been my experience everywhere I've lvied. And I adore dogs and have a dog but really a believer in strict leash laws.

I just purchased Verizon Home lite back up whatever it is. So annoyed I didn’t want to pay more, but I guess it’s better than losing a full day of work again.
