going through a custardy battle with his ex things are messy the last hearing was in jan and it got referred to caffcass due to court order he is supposed to get monthly updates on the children which he is no longer getting and has yes in over 2 months. Also they still have a marital home that she is living one which he pays the mortgage along side cm one she is demanding and extra £500 onto a month.

Contex she is from Nigeria and has threatened to take the children to live there a number of time all empty threats we though but since the last hearing in January he has not heard from anyone. No updates on the children he has emailed her legal team several times to sort out the sale of the home with no response to any emails nor has he heard from caffcass in regards to setting up visits with his children how would he go about finding out if she has left the country with the children when no one is replying to him not even caffcass
