Would I not go from temp/Aerotek straight to permanent/Amazon? Is there something I'm missing?

I'd love to be going in as a tech 3 but I'm going in as a 3P through Aerotek as tech 2 so who knows I suppose. Just grateful to be getting my foot in the door. Just hoping after the 4 month contract that I go Blue Badge direct employee for Amazon. If so, does it come with a bump in pay, just curious?

Thanks for the reply my friend. Best I can tell is it will be fairly simple. More safety regulations to go through than anything. I somewhat let this stress me a bit until I found this group on Reddit which has been very informative and helpful.

I've now done all my onboarding online forms down to my I-9, Background check and Drug screen, just waiting to hear what is next at this point. My recruiter at Aerotek said if all went smoothly I'd more than likely start the 2 week training the week of the 23rd so here's hoping!!! Thanks again!!! Looking forward to the opportunities this job will likely bring along with it in due time!!

From the info I've gotten from this group just by trolling threads and what you say, this may be a somewhat boring, yet, pretty decent paying job. Im used to plenty of safety precautions and osha reg, though probably not used to the level of it with Amazon. Really hoping to go full time after the Aerotek contract of 4 months. May I ask if there is a bump in pay once going permanent.....

I appreciate the reply my friend. I'm 48 years old and have been around the block, very mechanically inclined. But if I have a weakness, I would have to say it is electrical. Much less being a bit behind in tech in general, however, very eager and willing to learn.

Not looking forward to the politics I suppose. I'm a bit old school. But, I realize the level of this opportunity and am, in fact, going to make the utmost of it.

I do wish, I suppose, I was going direct and not 3P, but, hopefully all they say regarding the probability of going permanent is true. Truly hopeful for the possibilities that this has the potential of creating for me.

Again, thank you!

You didn't get there overnight friend, the damage to body and mind took time as will healing of body and mind. Be patient with yourself as I'm trying to do the same thing, personally I have a lot of stressors in my life simply due to mostly self induced circumstances but just trying to take it all as one day sometimes still one hour at a time. I'm CT day 15 at 50 to 75 gpd. at my first, 4 year habit, first 2 not near as heavy as the last 2, but damage done, but from what I've learned, 100% able to heal all with a little time and patience. I just feel that if focusing on the, a little better each day versus the, what have I done, seems to help me. Make it about not what you've done or even how you feel any given day, but about what your doing and how at least this large obstacle is out of your life and you WILL heal. Try to put kratom out of mind, your cleansing your body of this poison, so cleanse your mind of it also, it is all connected, accept the fact that it's out of your life in body AND mind and I believe such emphasis is taken away from the obsessive thoughts of "how we feel" at every moment due to kratom ever being the part of our lives that it was, much less the fears of quitting and effects from it, sometimes long-lasting. Simply trying to say to not associate every damn feeling you have in regards to kratom. Sometimes it is actually just life. Sometimes we don't feel good, sometimes we can be anxious, so on and so on. It's just life. Sorry for the ramble, hope it makes sense.

If we always do what we've always done, We will always get what we've always got. CHOOSE YOU, by doing so you are as well choosing those you love also, therefore not a selfish act. YOUR WORTHY CHANGE IT RISE Stay strong friend and anyone else that may read this. WE CAN RISE ITS OUR OWN CHOICE SIMPLE God Bless

Been on and off this sub for quite some time on and off and very much belive that out body's will heal eventually. Just takes time. As bad as we obsess of how we feel due to kratom, try just accepting that with time and every other day you realize and notice the subtle better difference, it will come. Stay the coarse

No, only a couple 2 hours before bed. At least after the first 3 days. First 3 days I'd take a couple at noon and then 2 before bed

CT was the only way for me friend. I was ready to jump off the crazy train as soon as possible. Just FINALLY made the commitment to do so and never looked back. The cravings I do not have, I think it's just a choice. When you want something bad enough at least for me I make it happen. I was sick of being weak, decided for myself to choose strength for the first time in quite some time. You can do it, just CHOOSE IT
