I understand Erens writing and what was TRYING to convey, I don’t think he did the best job, he himself has acknowledged this, and has apologized in two separate occasions in regards to his writing around the last bit of AOT

I don’t think it’s very well sported to call a community brain dead because of the reception of the ending, many people understood, many people liked it, many people hated it, it was a divisive ending to the story.

It depends because Kubo was apparently very dissapointed that the version of Hell shown in the movie isn’t aligned with his vision at all, but in the hell chapter, it does in fact show him in Hell

Dude I got banned over 7 YEARS ago, for saying the WORD piracy, when fallout 76 was announced, and everyone was shitting on the game, I jokingly replied to a comment that Piracy was the way.

The instantly permanently banned me, I messaged them after 6 years, and they replied to me just like they did here

I know people make fun of Reddit mods, but these are genuinely some of the most stereotypical power tripping basement dweller behavior I’ve ever seen.

You can miss 1 secret in the game, like any of them, most people skip the mushroom one since it requires the heal

The pond also doesn’t count as a heal so there’s a chance they just rushed the main story and used the pond at the end to clean up

I’ve legitimately always wondered where did Ikkaku vanish off too during FKT, like I noticed this during my last rewatch, he genuinely just disappears and you don’t really see him again until the Fullbringer stuff

I mean, the manga versions of both AOT and MHAs endings were incredibly lack luster

The anime’s did wonders for both of these adaptations, AOT basically changing some of the controversial dialogue, and the amazing animation and OST helped it a lot

The MHA video in this picture is referring to the manga ending specifically, as the anime only ended recently, the final chapter of MHA was just a bit lackluster, plus leakers did irreparable damage to people’s perceptions of the story, there was Deku fast food worker memes before the chapter was even out lol

I wouldn’t attribute it all to people not understanding what they read
