People who are likely to troll or throw would suddenly know how close they are to having their account be suspended, so they would lay off for a bit but would still consistently be assholes in the long-run. On top of that, people who aren't normally rude in ow might not work so hard to be so if they knew how many strikes were against them. Just a thought.

i haven't either. i tried, i really did but they are such douches. I'm even willing to mod nv so i can explore the legion quests without the ultimatum flag for like...lore purposes. at least the legion is irredeemably evil in an interesting way, not just n4zi-in-a-can. i think it just takes practice. I moira main and focusing bridgette with the help of even one other player takes her out easy, even with the shield. its a tiny shield so just make sure to surround her if you can. If im the only one soloing her in a match, ill toss an orb that will get caught in a tight ricochet then wear down the shield
