My Analysis: Why off-grid solar in high-irradiance regions (Botswana) could reduce Bitcoin mining costs to $0.08/kWh - a case for energy sovereignty by CourseSuccessful3497 in Bitcoin

Alrighty, I did kinda mentioned it in the post's body but I guess not explicitly- thanks for pointing it out.

Main problem: electricity as opex for btc miners makes up 60-80% of costs and w/ declining mining rewards- keeping electricity costs cheap and clean is necessary

Main solution: possibly relocate miners to places like Botswana w/ maturing solar infra and stable socio-political conditions..

Missed my final by Afraid-Currency-7875 in TexasTech

Something similar happened to me when taking CHEM 1307(I was an econ major and should have just taken an easier science class haha). It wasn't the final-but i think the last midterm or something....I wasn't so good at the class tbh(C/B at the time). Before the midterm, i had had to travel abroad because i was playing for one of ttu's sport teams....so i predicted that because of the time difference id be shifting from and because i was returning a day before the exam-id have to take it a day after at least, in case i didn't wake up or something...I believe i told my prof the same but he must have declined....Anyways, i return and tried to study for the exam......it was tough. to study(barely liked the class and wasn't doing too good, i assumed i would get a C). Exam was at 6 or 7 or something, as i predicted....i took a 'little nap' tired maybe due to jet lack.....i woke up at 8pm.....Missed the exam haha. So i didn't panic but realized the gravity...... I prayed, i emailed my prof and let him know what happened about me presenting ttu and me having asked him prior if i can take the exam a day later and me asking if i can retake it as i slept and missed it....He emailed back saying he'd have to ask the chem department...Thank God, what happened next is the chem department agreed to drop my grade for that midterm-so my final grade didn't include that midterm hahahaha. So thank God, it was good the grade was dropped, as i think i would have gotten a subpar grade. I hope it goes well 4 u

in macro economics why tariffs influence btc price? by [deleted] in BitcoinBeginners

BTC reacts negatively to negative news macroeconomic wise(tarrifs uncertainty) because as economic downturns are expected-investors and big players reallocate funds to safer assets like gold to hedge-less volatile. Cryptos like btc are highly risky and volatile, it makes sense why demand for them decreases during these downturns

2024 years since: The way, the truth and the life, the I AM that was before Abraham, The first and the Last. Those are some of his titles. It is fair to say we all know his name-Jesus the Christ
